I think this is what people meant when eyewitnesses often described Dylan as “goofy” or “goofy looking” in the 11K.
I’m speculating that Dylan and Zack are in the sound room near the sound board when Brooks calls out to Dylan (first few photos). He appears to be wearing his duster too. Interesting to note how long, thin, and oblong his face appears in that one shot. Wowza. Fun to glimpse the social, animated side of Dylan and his shared camaraderie with Zack (and Brooks) – being part of this creative, theater friends sans Eric. I do wished he had only hung out with this group.

I really do wonder how different he was around Eric than his other friends. I know we saw them interact a little but I wonder if he could be the goof ball that he could be around Zach, Brooks and Devon…

My hunch is that he wasn’t as much of a goof ball around Eric..that Dylan could be like a chameleon depending on which friends he was interacting with.

oh gosh, this brings back vivid memories of my own goofy high school tech crew days…. blasting EBM in the booth, chugging energy drinks during long rehearsals and laughing at WeeblsStuff videos until we cried…. 😢 honestly, it helped us all push through the bad stuff. ah, if only Dylan had just hung on a while longer!!!! =/

Sadly if Dylan could have hung on for one maybe two more months he would have been in Arizona busy with his freshman studies and received all the necessary support available for new students
New friends and a new start
I have no doubt he would have been a success
Sadly now he’s known for one bad day in a promising life and future
