Well, they did have friends and some of those friends weren’t directly a part of the TCM circle? So, while they weren’t popular, they had a decent handful group of friends but they were computer geeks and not chick magnets. They were awkward and timid around girls and essentially girls really did not hit on them in school. Eric pursued girls but not in any sort of confident way and he got apathetic responses from them. Dylan was too shy to continually try to stick his neck out asking girls out. He tried once and got rejected and so then he just stopped entertaining the idea altogether. And yeah, they could be likable, if you got to know them. But they were not open and likable to anybody and because of that, they appeared to others to like not running with the normie crowd. Smart, unsocially skilled guys that could be nice but they were always on the outside looking in.
this is possibly the weirdest question you’ll ever get…. do you know if columbine replaced the furniture they had in 1999? i was just thinking that students there today could be sitting in the same desk dylan, eric, or the victims once did. it would be so eerie.
After carefully examined and cataloged, all the furniture in the library and the cafeteria, the two most devastated areas, would’ve been destroyed and those areas were then stripped and renovated. Any random ruined furniture elsewhere in the building would’ve been replaced with new furniture. Everything else – such as desks and chairs in the classrooms that were in decent shape would’ve stayed the same. So, yes, some of the desks and chairs that E & D and the victims sat at would’ve been the same furniture pre 4/99.
Did Dylan have an automatic Tec-9?
Semi-automatic Tec-9.
Do you believe that Sue was or has been misled by Dave Cullen in any way, especially since he was acknowledged in her book?
I think Sue has been misled by Cullen in many ways, in the variety of ways in which Cullen provides his own narrative superimposed over the actual reality of what happened. Unfortunately, Peter Langman also gave Sue his opinion and some of his ideas are on the same page as Cullen. The two telling Sue similar things reinforces that false narrative for her. Because this is coming from “professionals” she tends to believe it as credible and therefore, closest to the truth.
When did you start tumblr?
Once again.. lol.. end of 2012.
why do you think some people are more interested on the killers than the victims themselves
I think people want to know the why/how killers end up in such a desperate place to have done what they did. Not to disrespect victims or anything but victims are essentially on the passive receiving end of what the killer has done. No, they’re not just targets; they were people, human beings – but the killers turned them into targets. It’s human nature to latch on with curiosity to try and work out why a person would become a killer and ruin their own life by taking the lives of others.
what happened to Dylan other trench coat (not the duster) did his parents keep it or did they throw it way ?
We honestly have no way of knowing that. right? I can speculate that nearly 20 years on now, I would imagine that the Klebolds slowly jettisoned quite a bit of Dylan’s stuff over the years but held on to the pieces that meant the most to them in representing their son most personally. For example, his bloody B ballcap was returned by Jeffco. I feel as though Sue would’ve preserved that. It is intrinsically linked to Dylan forevermore and has his life force embedded in the fabric.

during their friendship did dylan and eric ever argue or fight?
Well, we know that they argued as is normal in close friendships. They bickered a fair bit in the Car Wax commercial filming. In fact, they kind of sounded like an old married couple to tell you the truth. lmao And we know they fought and had one near week-long thing where they didn’t talk to one another as witnessed by their Blackjack boss. See here.
when did eric and dylan decide to move NBK to tuesday? would it have been as late as sunday night? i was reading the basement tape transcripts and eric says there’s “7 and 1/3” days left and that he’ll be “one tired motherfucker come monday”, which leads me to believe that the decision to move it was very last minute.
Yes, I would say that they were sort of toggling between both of those dates for the reasons mentioned before in this post. So, I’d say that yes, they last minute switched it to the 20th because Eric was banking on getting that ammunition from Mark Manes. Oddly though, Eric was already 18 yrs old as of April 9th.. I’m not sure if he just didn’t want to risk standing out blatantly purchasing bullets at Kmart or whether there are age restrictions on purchasing ammunition at the time in Colorado and perhaps you had to be older than eighteen.
I’ve sent this before though i want to show my appreciation.Thank you so much for the follow Madelyn!I adore your writing skills.Absolutely unique ;) Wishing you eternal happiness ♡

I found this in my schoolwork, is it true that they played Doom in a sort of “immunity mode”?
I agree with the article. A complex perfect storm with multiple factors but their obsessive playing of violent video games shouldn’t be deemed the causation.
And, yes, when they’re referring to a total immunity mode they referring to Eric and Dylan playing in God Mode in Doom which basically makes them invincible first-person shooters that cannot be defeated.
I was wondering whether or not maybe Eric and Dylan started the whole plan as a fantasy, except the fantasy never ended. Do you think E&D, or at least one of them, never actually thought it would really be played out? And then got too scared to pull out towards the end?
I think NBK was a fantasy all the way up to the moment when it actually happened and then the reality set in pretty quick that it didn’t live up to their imagined expectations. I think the entire time they were working towards it they, at the same time, didn’t quite believe it was actually going to happen. It wasn’t a reality until.. it was. And no, neither got too scared or wanted to back out. That’s a myth. Both were in all the way and prepared to go over that cliff together. If either had private second thoughts about it they were in too deep and knowing how one would let the other down in backing out was a kind of loyalty insurance so that neither chickened out and bailed.
Did Dylan speak German? I know he listened to Rammstein (e.g. “Engel”), correct?
If you count Rammstein German as actual legit German, then yeah. lol
Do you think Dyl and Eric played any other similar FPS games such as Wolfenstein and Quake? I feel like Eric would’ve liked Wolfenstein because it was almost exactly the same as DOOM except you’re fighting Nazis.
Yes, as I mentioned in a previous post, I do think they’d played Wolfenstein. Dylan and Eric played Quake together but Eric couldn’t play Quake 2 with Dylan because his computer, which was the family computer, wasn’t fast enough. See the Brandon Martine ‘Jester’ post where this was stated.
Dylan built his own computer and it was ‘faster than yours’. 😉

He looks positively blissful here.
The things glasses and a smile can hide
Indeed^^
Why didn’t Dylan use his shotgun like Eric did? Why use the Tec-9?
Discussed before here in a myriad of ways.
Was there an interview with Devon where she was talking about how Dylan was treated like was an outsider and people acted like he didn’t belong. Even when he tried to fit in and just wear jeans and a T-shirt? Or am I remembering incorrectly
I think you might mean this excerpt?
DEVON “Dylan Klebold was one of my best friends. And when I hung out with him, there was just something that happened. I mean, whether they were wearing jeans and a T-shirt, or whether they were wearing their black trench coats, people would give them looks. Just like, “You don’t belong here, would you leave?” Let’s block out last week when I say this – they hadn’t done anything physically wrong to people. I mean, they dressed different. So? They wore black. So what? It’s just, they were hated and so they felt they hated back. They hated back.” [Source]
I saw that Dylan wore glasses I wonder if he was far or near sighted..
Mm..of course we can’t be certain but I’d say probably near-sighted based on the somewhat ‘coke bottle’ like thickness of his lenses which distorted his eyes and made them seem slightly smaller.
