No, they don’t let people just wander into Columbine because it’s a school and not a historic tourist attraction. Again, for those that are new here and wondering, the long story short is that I attended a school safety conference at the school. You can E-C search ‘touring’, ‘tour’, or ‘conference’ for the many asks on this before. 

I think if there’d been such a thing it’d be the similar situation as the Basement Tapes: officially “destroyed” but a digital copy permanently saved on file with the FBI.
