No. Repeat after me and learn it well 😉 : there are no publicly released Basement Tape videos floating around.

The only video clips released are from the boys amateur video productions.

Robert Craig killed his father and committed suicide in 1997. He was not a part of the TCM but apparently, he and Eric were acquaintances.

The line, “Why do I fall in love with every woman I see that shows me the least bit of attention?” from Eternal Sunshine reminds me of Dylan. What do you think?

I think everyone has their own personal song or lyrics that reminds them of him which doesn’t necessarily resonate with other people. The thing of it is, he fell for someone that didn’t even pay him the least bit of attention let alone knew who he was. *shrugs* Just my take. 🙂

Kinda makes sense why Dyl and Eric hated Pop/Rap music. I mean, 90s pop was less annoying than Pop music from when I was seventeen (2 yrs ago) but like my question is do you think they would have cared if a girl either of them liked was into that shit? Or was that too trivial?

If they really liked her it was for far more important reasons.

Hi! I was wondering if you knew if there is a Spanish version of Sue’s book? Or if there are any plans of publishing one. I want to buy it for my mother, who is struggling to deal with my brother’s suicidal thoughts and aggression, but her English is very limited. (He is getting treated.)

That’s a really great idea! I’m honestly surprised that I don’t see the book translated into Spanish. I’m seeing the book translated in German and Brazilian here. For some reason, I thought the book had been translated in a few more languages since it’s release in early 2016. Maybe someone else out there knows where to locate the Spanish version? If so, please chime in. 🙂 Btw, I’m glad to hear your brother is getting treated. 🙂

Anyone can glean what Eric and Dylan were like. All that’s required is that you have the patience to spend a fair amount of time here. 🙂

In Evan Todd’s report he states that when he was in the library and after he heard shots and explosions he walked over to the west windows where he saw a flash in the parking lot at parking space 129. In space 129 was a black explorer. After he saw the flash he saw smoke all around the car. I don’t recall seeing anything about bombs or fires in the parking lot as the shooting was happening. What do you think this was?

Dylan was throwing pipebombs and C02 cartridge bombs (dubbed ‘crickets’ by the boys) into the senior parking lot while they were still outside the South-west entrance at the start of the massacre.

Sure. But I don’t have time to do a rehash cliff notes of the Brooks scandal. If she really wants to know she can skim it. Sounds to me too like it’d be best if she stayed away from it altogether given her personal bad experience.

What Army store did E/D shop at?

Army Surplus for Less in Englewood, CO. I visited it while I was there last year. It’s the closest army surplus nearby Littleton and jives with the route they were taking on the Basement Tapes. Though, it may have had another store name back in the day.
