The implication is that this guy believes that Dylan made the call and said “this is Eric Harris..there’s a bomb in the building.” This post is based on someone that researched Columbine early on and became friends with a few of Eric and Dylan’s friends. He did some investigative work on his own talking to actual people involved. His account in the post is speculative and not a fact. This is his gut feeling based on how deep in the research he was and also the personal connections he made with people close to the shooters. From his own research he did, he heard that Dylan was seen on the pay phones around the time the school secretary received the threatening phone call. This is off the record stuff and it’s not in the 11K. This guy befriended Chad Laughlin and roomed with him in Santa Cruz. I would say it’s very likely that the mother that spoke to Dylan while Dylan was lacing up his boots was likely Chad Laughlin’s mom.
