Do you think Dylan & Eric would have gone ahead with the shooting if they had known (a day prior or something) that their bombs would never explode? Also for example if they knew that no matter how hard they tried to “rig” the bombs better they’d never succeed at making the bombs go off?

That’s a really good question and no one has ever asked it before, so points for originality.. 🙂  

Had they known that their surprise magnum opus was going to end up fizzling duds  the two would not have carried out the massacre that day.  They would’ve regrouped and delayed the massacre – just a bit but not too much longer –  to ensure their plans would go accordingly.  I think especially for Eric it’d be a case of no bombs?; then no NBK.  Go hard or go home.  It’d drive him nuts to know that bombs had been useless all this time they were smug they’d just go off as they envisioned and not only that, they weren’t even going to explode weakly but basically not at all, period.  It’d piss him the hell off that he’d overestimated his work and hours of time and preparation and they were basically both operating on faith and assumption that the bombs would go off and not on concrete testing to make sure they’d succeed in all there efforts.

If they were given the information that these bombs were just never going to rig the right way and explode at all, whatsoever, they would then have concentrated on a backup ‘Plan B’  which might have amounted to the boys concentrating on using what they already had on hand as far as weapontry and terrorist instruments of destruction.but maybe creating additional incendiaries and pipe bombs They also might have focused their efforts on the slim chance that that nepalm weapon invention of theirs might do the trick and make them stand out as that school massacre with ‘something extra’ to be remembered for  These two were just hell bent on NBK happening no matter what.  The revolution would be kick started with any sort of ingenuity they could muster on a shoe string budget and in the small window of time they had left before graduation.  Though, no big bombs, in that nod to McVeigh plus surpassing kills style, would’ve been a major let down especially for Eric. For Dylan, it would’ve been all good no matter what method to their madness they decided to implement, though seeing Eric ecstatic that everything went according to plan would’ve been a bonus, of course.. 😉

Uncomfortably ambivalent   A part of them wishes they could be pleased but unfortunately because of the (in) famous reasons he’s acquired fans girls and celebrity, there is no way possible that he deserves such attention..ever. He is blacklisted erternally  There’s a sense of guilt for that smidge of wanting to feel good and proud about who he was, how wonderful he once was.. but knowing they should not indulge publicly. They cannot ever because of who he now is known for.  Being pleased and proud is reserved for good sons that do good and decent things in this world and so are deserving of female admiration and also parents that could openly grin from ear-to-ear because of the adoring reputation of their worthy offspring. But no, it’s: my son has fans because he’s known for sick reasons.  It’s this ‘well…yeah, I know he has them…” followed by downcast eyes and that *long slow suffering resigned sigh*

There was a fellowship called Thee Temple Ov Psychick Youth (TOPY), founded in 1981, that uses Dylan’s same exact tri tier cross as their symbol. They call it Thee Psychick Cross. Idk much about TOPY, but apparently people that are attracted to it tend to feel rejected from society’s conditioning of normalcy and wish to break free from its chains. It’s just interesting how Dylan’s cross can be found in so many places. So I’m wondering, have you discovered anything that uses Dylan’s cross too?

No, sorry to say, the TOPY Thee Psychick Cross is not like Dylan’s. In fact, it is the exact opposite of the everlasting-contrast triple barred cross as the bars are reversed.

But don’t you believe the stories Eric’s old girlfriend said about him, (assassinating his mother, the head shaving for the Nazi cult, bridge burning, etc.). There wasn’t as many witnesses as the Dylan hitting Michelle incident, but it can very easily be made up. Especially on the Eric the media portrays

I’m more inclined to believe those accounts simply because Eric went on dates with those girls, one of which (Sasha) he dated about twenty times. Various girls seem to support the case that Eric said weird, off-beat shock value type things including his hinting of violent tendencies which tended to spook them and make them not want to date him again. lol.  Not a great track record for Eric with the ladies.

The supposed Dylan hitting incident was on professional turf not a personal date. There were no witnesses to Michelle’s story or else we would’ve heard about them from the manager and other Blackjack coworkers present at the time.  Why would they refrain from mentioning an alleged abusive incident involving a co-worker now turned mass murder? They certainly wouldn’t refrain from mentioning it to protect his dead ass.  Michelle as Dylan’s supervisor should have reported the incident and gotten Dylan in trouble had it happened to her if they were just alone together. If she didn’t, why not?  She was above him and not an equal employee.

Do you think we will ever get to see the full footage of the rebel news network interview of dylan? Also do you know why there is no sound? One more thing! How do u think dyl felt about his halycon girl potentially dying if the bomb were successful?

No, I don’t think we’ll ever get to see the full footage of Dylan’s interview. Here is why I believe the sound was edited out.

I think if she inadvertently died the same day he did via the bombs or whatever it would be a win/win situation. Fated.

Over the years there have been a few REALLY good columbine blogs that became inactive over time. You’re the best blog on here, and I just want to say thanks for sticking around. I’ve learned so much about Dylan from you. I’d like to think that others will do the same in the future, years from now, because everything there is to know about the real Dylan is all in one place on ur blog. I’m sure wherever Dylan is, he’s happy ur doing this
