Not quite the same glasses?  While the shape is a bit similar, Dy has a gold outline around the rim of the frames as well as gold protruding pieces on the arms of his shades.  Chris’ looks a little less..pricey. lol  Course, to be fair, Dyl’s black tape patch job on the corner joint makes them..uniquely his own, shall we just say. 😉

Chris had the look going on complete with shades and beret before Dylan and Eric since he was part of the original TCM. Though I’m not so sure Dylan copied Chris. I think his is more of a rendition of Mickey Knox in Natural Born Killers. 

Well, I can imagine that you’d greatly empathize with Eric and understand fully where he’s coming from. It doesn’t help too if the majority of your friends are a foot or two taller than you as in Eric’s case. Brooks Brown at 6’5 next to Eric must’ve been quite a contrast. Though Eric didn’t really seem to let on that he disliked his height only mentioned that he didn’t like his skinny weight. Which I found an interesting perception on his part. 5’6 and size 9 shoes are actually a decent size for your height. 😏

Sure, that’s possible. To my knowledge, there is no documentation to verify Byron’s height at the time. In any case,consider yourself quoted. ^^ They also may have been neck-and-neck in heighth but given that Dylan was a few years younger, his stature was already pretty impressive with room to grow just a tad more beyond Bryon who was then in his early 20s.

Eric was s shorter than most of his peers but I think his foot size was probably average proportion to his height. Rebby, impatient Aries that he was, probably couldn’t be bothered spending any amount of time lacing up his shoes hence the easy access velcro. 😏

We don’t really know Bryon’s height.  I do tend to think Dylan was taller of the two boys so tallest in the family.  That’s pretty much just my hunch.

Brooks is an attention seeking whore that uses Columbine to garner attention but will tell you he doesn’t want to talk about that ‘sad’ topic.  Though, recently someone here on the tag mentioned that he’s now doing Kick chat rooms.  I can guess what the subject invariably ends up being about in said chat room but on the plus side for him, He is the very reason the room was created in the first place and in his name, so, yeeeah… Trade offs for more attention and being the center piece and uber authority with the Q/As posed at him.  More on my annoyance with the dude can be found here.

Honestly, this photo has been floating around on Tumblr once in a blue moon. The difference is  that I have a legit source that has managed to verify this particular photo as being genuine. 🙂 

Correct. Dylan’s Sun Sign was Virgo but his Ascendant (or Rising sign) was in Libra not to mention FIVE planets were in Libra: Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto. That’s a lot of air in the chart which would eclipse and lessen his Virgoan sun sign characteristics. See here and here. To me, the sense about Dylan is very much Libra in how he overall tends to present to the world though his underlying core is still Virgo.

I think he’d have been open to explore such roleplay and try it on for size, especially once he became more confident in himself and expressing his sexuality with his girl. Just not as a lifestyler. Dyl has far too much Libra venusian energy in his chart which would tend to make him want to change things up with the play and balance the scales of power and pleasure recipocation. He’d also have the desire to please his girl greatly as much as she may want to only be in the role of being there to please him for his own needs. But he also has Mars in Leo.. that’s a whole other ballgame (haha) which could come in handy for this type of occasional roleplay. 😙

Between both of these textures. The shorter it was, the more curly it would tend to get. The longer it was, the more wavy to straight it could be which he preferred. The more he ran his hand through it, the straighter it would get. He liked it that way most of all I do think. ☺️

Well, generally, singularly speaking, sure I suppose it’s possible with any boys or groups of boys? Especially in suburban communities that that are not very diversified or liberal minded but are instead more conservative along with that evangelical christian element as with Littleton. The official members of the Trenchcoat Mafia from the previous 97-98 year – Joe Stair and Eric Dutro – used to mock kiss and grope one another and also toss out a few satanic comments for the entire cafeteria to hear in retailiation against the jocks that picked on them. Their best defense was not to physically fight the jocks, since they knew they were no match, but to offend the jocks greatly in the most irreverant ways possible and pray on their fears of homosexuality possibly being in their own school. Being in-you-face with displays of doing ‘gay things’ which they knew would revolt jocks and many students was an all too easy way to push buttons with the majority of the conservative, homophobic culture consensus within Columbine. As far as the jocks were concerned, and probably most especially after that incident with Joe and Eric, all seemed to consider the TCM dudes as freaks and perverted faggots from there on forward. All TCM girls that associated with TCM dude members were referred to as ‘lesbian nazis’. Generally speaking though, this sort of homophobia goes on quite rampantly in probably the majority of american high schools with guys, girls and cliches in general still trying to figure out their own sexuality and feeling threatened about possibly being what they fear the most. If anything the jocks who spent so much time rallying against gays were often probably denying a hidden side of themselves, you know?

As for Eric and Dylan, all accounts from peers and friends seem to solidly suggest their interest was in the opposite sex. Eric spent far too much time trying to pursue girls for dates and describes in his journal being turned on by certain girls and that their manner of dress teased him mercilessly; he also describes his dominant sexual fantasies with girls in his journal. Dylan wrote endless about considering which girl he knew and liked could possibly be his one and only meant just for him. Dylan didn’t have much luck with girls because of his shyness and inhibition. His friends speak of how it was obvious in how he acted a certain way when he was around girls he liked. There isn’t really anything in their journals that stands out to me as something suspect concerning homoerotic tendencies. Eric and Dylan were pretty much good friends that trusted and relied on one another – end of story. Eric was pretty traditional and conservative when it came to sexuality and basically suggests in his writings that being gay is not right .. athough, some lesbians could be fun to watch. (lol) I’m sure you could spin this as him trying to overcompensate with being overly macho and against anything not heterosexual – but the fact is, he is pretty dogged in his interest for certain girls and his friends witnessed his obsession with them. His rigid attitudes toward ‘normal’ sexuality likely stems from his military family culture. Since this blog is about Dylan, I explore a bit more about his question of sexual preference as well as his possible attitudes surroundings homo/bisexuality here.

That conspiracy was debunked. Calence Emerson from the (sadly) now defunct website dylanklebold.com did a very good job explaining all the ins-and-outs surrounding his death and, luckily, a Tumblr blogger had saved and reposted their article here

The fact is that Dylan did shoot himself with his Tec-9 with his dominant left hand to his left temple. Furthermore, Dylan wanted to do it. He’d been longing and waiting for quite some time to do it. Suicide was ‘The Goal’ of the mission for him – not the actual massacre itself – that part was the icing on the cake, the ‘have fun!’ before going out with a bang. Suicide with someone by his side was better than going it alone.

That’s what I said. 😱 😁

If the plan went accordingly, their first choice was suicide by cop. Suicide by their own hand was factored in as the backup plan in case the other didn’t happen. They had created military hand signals between them and one of them was a gesture for pointing at their heads as in to ‘opt themselves out’ at a moments notice. Whatever the outcome, they knew the mission was most definitely final. NBK was a death mission: war with worthless human ‘zombie’ collateral damage, death of others and death of themselves. A kamikaze’s mission and their exits out of H.O.E. (Hell on Earth). It was ‘The end of the world’ in their estimation. I believe they said or exclaimed as such at various points like a mantra or a battle cry, even. No cops would have the opportunity to corner and arrest them. Cops be damned. They believed they would have the final say, the final ‘fuck you!’ last word on what gets to happen with their own lives. Although, it didn’t at all happen as quite vigilante anti-hero-glamorous as they’d fantasized about for months – far from it. The whole thing fizzled and they both knew it. The whole thing mocked them – mostly Eric though, he was haunted. They ended up putting themselves down quickly and quietly with no glory to be had.
